This Refunds Policy applies to purchases made on Glowara Studio (the "Service"), operated by Studio Markers. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Glowara Studio runs on prepaid credits. All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.
Credits are charged when you submit a job. If a render fails on our side, the credits for that job are automatically returned to your balance — so you are not charged for work we did not deliver. A result you simply don't like (the render completed as requested) is not a failure and is not refunded.
We do not provide cash or original-payment-method refunds for purchased or unused credits, including on account closure, except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a payment that didn't credit your balance), contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
